1. General / Scope
1.1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions of Business/Terms of Use apply exclusively to the relationship between Creativ Collectiv LLC (hereinafter: CC) and the user. CC does not recognize deviating or supplementary conditions of the user unless he or she has expressly agreed to their validity.
1.2 These terms of use
Apply to the use of the website under the URL www.mythioncardgame.com, and any sales made from the mythioncardgame.com site itself. Terms of use of third-party vendors for sales operate under, and are enforced by, their own, as notated in the next provision, 1.3 Orders.
1.3 Orders
For products (e.g. books, e-books, games, etc.) we offer the option of ordering from other, external providers on www.makeplayingcards.com as well as www.drivethrucards.com, which are linked accordingly on the ordering pages. The contractual partner is then between he end user and the parties mentioned in this paragraph.
2. Websites
2.1 The websites and free services of CC are available to everyone.
2.2 CC endeavors to ensure that its websites are carefully maintained. CC endeavors to provide access to the pages 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. However, no liability is assumed for constant availability. In addition, CC assumes no responsibility for deletion, incorrect transmission or memory failure in connection with personal data. CC cannot guarantee that its websites are always up to date and error-free. Delays, typographical errors or incorrect information cannot be completely ruled out.
2.3 CC reserves the right to change these terms of use as well as the content and structure of the websites and services at any time.
3. Registration (user account, newsletter, etc.)
3.1 In order to gain access to the offers that require registration, the user must register. When registering on www.mythioncardgame.com, users must provide correct and complete information and update it if necessary. This also applies to the registration of game explainers. The user must indemnify CC upon first request for damage caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided to third parties.
3.2 The contract is concluded when the user sends the registration form and when CC confirms the registration. If CC determines that user data is incorrect, it has the right to temporarily block the account or, depending on the severity of the violation, to delete it completely.
3.3 The ID and password of the user account must be kept secret. The user is not entitled to give other people their password for using services via the website. Each user bears full responsibility for activities under their user ID.
4. Termination of Registration
4.1 Both the user and CC are entitled to terminate the registration for the user account at any time with a notice period of not more than one business week.
4.2 CC is also entitled to terminate the user's registration for the user account with immediate effect if the user notices multiple posts that violate the Terms of Use or otherwise violates these Terms of Use and this violation is not remedied or rectified even after a reminder with a deadline.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Each user of the CC website is responsible for all of their own activities. The users are also obliged to comply with the law of the United States of American, and the Federal Republic of Germany. Every user undertakes to comply with the applicable youth protection regulations.
5.2 The content and services of CC may not be used for illegal purposes. It is forbidden to register third parties for a newsletter without their knowledge and consent or to set up a user account for them without their knowledge and consent.
5.3 If user activities are aimed at making the CC websites non-functional or making their use more difficult, CC will pursue them under civil and criminal law, if necessary. In particular, measures that could influence the physical or logical structure of the services are prohibited.

7. Trademarks and copyrights
7.1 “Mythion,” and “Mythion: the Card Game,” are registered trademarks. Logos and other marks are also protected by trademark law. The use of these designations or the associated logos is only permitted with the prior written consent of CC.
7.2 Furthermore, all contents of mythioncardgame.com are protected by copyright. CC has the respective rights of use to the content posted by CC. This content may therefore not be reproduced or used in any other way, except for private purposes. Publication requires the prior consent of CC. No content may be copied, sold, lent or otherwise duplicated or distributed without the express written permission of CC.
7.3 The unauthorized duplication or forwarding of individual content or complete pages outside of these regulations or the statutory exceptions (e.g. in copyright) is not permitted and is punishable.
8. Data protection
8.1 CC attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. This applies in particular to the processing of your personal data. Personal data CC collects within the framework of mythioncardgame.com for registration is only stored and processed within the framework of the statutory provisions. According to § 3 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, among other things, name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Personal data can be collected when you order products via mythioncardgame.com, as well as when registering for the newsletter and participating in contests, etc.
8.2 The servers of CC correspond to the current state of the art; however, the user is aware that there is a risk that transmitted data can be intercepted during transmission. 9. Squarespace Analytics
This website uses Squarespace Analytics, which uses so-called "cookies,” text files that are stored on the user’s computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Squarespace server and is stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Squarespace Analytics will not be merged with other user or Squarespace data. The user can prevent the storage of cookies by setting his or her browser software accordingly.
